Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Looping Stream website and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Looping Stream provides a platform that helps users upload video files, automatically optimize them for streaming, and broadcast them to supported platforms using user-provided stream keys. Available features depend on the subscription plan, including the number of streams and storage limits.

3. Special Provisions and Requirements

  • Account Management and File Access: Access to files and streams depends on an active plan. If your plan expires or is deactivated, your files remain stored for 7 days. For the Trial plan, files remain stored for 2 days. After this period, files may be permanently deleted. You are responsible for keeping backups of your content.
  • Plans and Switching: You can purchase multiple plans and switch between them in your dashboard (if supported by your account settings). Plan pricing, stream limits, storage limits, and other details are shown on the Pricing page and/or inside your dashboard.
  • Technical Processing / Optimization: We accept many common video formats and input qualities. After upload, videos may be automatically processed to improve compatibility and stability for streaming (for example: container/codec conversion, bitrate adjustments, scaling, and frame rate normalization). The processed output may differ from the original in codec/container, bitrate, resolution, audio settings, file size, and other technical parameters.
  • Output Standard and File Size: For reliability and platform compatibility, the Service may convert videos to a consistent streaming-ready format. As a result, file size can change significantly (smaller or larger) depending on the input. You are responsible for monitoring your storage usage under your plan limits.

4. Subscription Plans

Looping Stream offers a Trial plan and paid subscription plans. Current plan limits, pricing, and availability are shown on the Pricing page and/or in your dashboard. We may update plan details from time to time.

Automated video optimization is included within the Service (there is no separate "extra optimization" purchase).

5. Payment Methods

Payments can be made through Cryptomus (cryptocurrencies) and through WayForPay (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay), depending on availability. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.

6. Receipts, Invoices, and Billing Details

6.1 Payment Confirmation (Receipts)

After a successful payment, an electronic payment confirmation/receipt may be generated by the payment provider (WayForPay or Cryptomus).

6.2 Seller Billing Details

You may use the following seller billing details for invoicing/accounting purposes:

7. Refund Policy

Refunds: Refunds may be available where required by applicable law and may also be granted at our discretion. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks and disputes: Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. If a chargeback or dispute is filed, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service and block future orders.

Fraud: Any suspected fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized payment methods, may result in immediate account restriction or termination.

8. User Rights and Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content you upload, stream, and distribute using the Service. You must comply with applicable laws, platform rules (e.g., YouTube/Twitch/Facebook policies), and these Terms.

Users must not upload or stream content that includes (without limitation):

  • Violence or cruelty: content that promotes violence, cruelty, or incites harm.
  • Sexually explicit content: pornography or explicit sexual material.
  • Hate or discrimination: content promoting hatred or discrimination against individuals or groups.
  • Harassment or threats: insults, threats, slander, or abusive behavior.
  • Misleading or fraudulent content: scams, impersonation, or deliberate deception.
  • Illegal activity: content that promotes or facilitates illegal acts.

Content moderation and removal: We do not actively monitor all user content, but we reserve the right to review, restrict access to, or remove content that violates these Terms, third-party platform policies, or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Legal cooperation: Where required by law, we may comply with lawful requests from authorities regarding user accounts or content.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation.

We are not liable for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to user data or media files. You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of your content. We are also not responsible for actions, limitations, takedowns, strikes, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.

11. Changes to the Terms of Service
